The Humanist Community thanks you just for being curious about these guidelines for providing a donation to us. We feel we must explain the relevant ideas so that you will know what to do.
All donations to the HC are tax-deductible. If we receive something from you in a sender-identifiable medium (i.e. not cash), we will send you a letter of acknowledgement for the IRS at the start of the next year.
Since we are a membership chapter of the American Humanist Association (AHA), by definition membership in the AHA is a requirement to be a member of the Humanist Community; therefore, ↓ →
members If you are a member of AHA, send dues plus any extra donation intended for the national AHA to AHA
