Join us this Sunday, either in person or online, as we watch and discuss a video from the Cyber Policy Center at Stanford Law School of an interview with Dr. Lisa Damour, Teens, Screens, and Social Media with Lisa Damour & Professor Nate Persily. Young boys and girls today face a variety of unique challenges and stresses that threaten their mental health. Dr Damour describes he world they live in and how we should interact to promote their well-being.

Dr. Damour is an American clinical psychologist, author & vodcaster specializing in the development of teenage girls and young women. She is the author of three New York Times best sellers: Untangled, Under Pressure, and The Emotional Lives of Teenagers, which have been translated into twenty-three languages. She co-hosts the Ask Lisa podcast, works in collaboration with UNICEF, and is recognized as a thought leader by the American Psychological Association. Dr. Damour is also a regular contributor to The New York Times and CBS News.

This Sunday, you can attend our forum in person with fellow humanists in the Orchard Room at the Los Altos Library, 13 S. San Antonio Road, Los Altos, CA 94022. (On the first and third Sunday of the month, you can continue to attend our forum at the Mountain View Senior Center.)
